1. Product Overview
IS210AEPSG1AFC AEPS is the core rack power supply card for GE Mark VI/VIe turbine control systems, mounted as single slot VME plug-in board inside main control cabinet. It converts universal industrial AC mains into multiple isolated low-noise DC power rails dedicated for turbine control hardware. Wide 85–264VAC single-phase input eliminates regional voltage adjustment, compatible with 50/60Hz global power grids. Multi independent isolated DC output channels separate logic power, analog sensor power and servo actuator power to eliminate cross-channel electrical noise interference, critical for high-precision LVDT valve feedback and WSVO closed-loop servo control stability. Equipped with large integrated aluminum heat sink for continuous full-load operation; 12 independent quick-replace fuses partition each power branch, plus MOV surge suppression on every output channel. Four-layer hardware protection (OVP/OCP/SCP/OTP) instantly cut faulty power branches without system-wide shutdown. Front panel multi-color LED array visualizes input power, each DC rail status, blown fuse and over-temperature alarm. On-board monitoring circuit uploads power voltage/current/temperature fault timestamps to ToolboxST configuration software and turbine HMI monitoring screens for predictive maintenance. Conformal coated PCB and full industrial wide-temperature design widely deployed in combined-cycle gas turbine, steam turbine, wind power and petrochemical cogeneration unit main control racks.
